Ms. Stewart, director of the MMSWI, BV, is an internationalCorporate Consultant/Trainer, and Master Coach. She is a proven expert on human relationships, both professional and personal. Using the unique MMS Coaching technology, coupled with her individual style, she creates bottom-line results for Fortune 500 clients. Some of her corporate clients include: GTE, Burger King, Meredith Publishing and Unilever. Ms. Stewart assists clients in the implementation of corporate visions, goals, with the integration of their personal lives. By creating an environment of safety, support and introspection, she facilitates clients in balancing their personal and professional lives.   Michael A. Pomije

 

Financial Manager

Michael Pomije has worked in sports television for over fifteen years then transitioned to become a professional lecture agent internationally.  He is currently the Financial Manager for MMS, managing all business transactions and funds for Motivation Management Service, LLC since 2000.  

In addition to his role as Financial Manager, Michael is also a certified MMS Coach.  Michael’s duties are to negotiate speaking engagements, finalize contacts for training and coaching assignments, a program manager and facilitator for corporate training programs.

Michael coaches individuals on their profile type that relate to their work preferences, behaviors and communication style. He coaches executives on work tasks, family demands, discover their passion and life balance with a problem-solving approach that benefit the client.

Michael is a Certified Administrators of the MBTI® Instrument (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).He holds a BA degree in Business Management and also has his TESOL English certification as well as an instrument-rated pilot.

Dr. Brenda Thompson-El

 

International Liason

Brenda Thompson-El has been speaking and training in professional and academic settings, for over twenty years on a variety of topics and workshops including: "Stress Management,"
"Coping with Change," "Handling the Angry Customer,"  "Career Progression,"  "Managers as Coaches," “Working in Harmony,” and "Work-Life Balance."  Brenda has authored various articles for national and business publications. She is frequently quoted on diversity and human relation topics in national publications.

Brenda has earned a Masters degree in Organizational Administration and Bachelors degree in Human Relations both from MidAmerican Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.

Brenda supports individuals as they overcome limitations, attain peak levels of performance, and create satisfaction in all areas. Brenda Thompson-El has assisted numerous executives and leaders to fully ignite their potential through first transforming their inner world; in turn, their outer world aligns.
